A Yazidi woman says she was nine when she was sold at an Islamic State slave market in Syria, raped by the man who bought her and beaten by his wife. She's now 20 and she wants to give evidence. We're calling her Aisha, which isn't her real name. It's understood investigators believe the wife is an Australian woman.

She has not been charged with anything. The allegations are untested and nothing has been before a court. Aisha says she reached out to the Australian Federal Police in July offering a formal statement. She says nobody has called her back.
