In the latest escalation of the city’s vicious illicit tobacco wars, a 49-year-old man (who I have chosen not to name) was shot twice in the arm outside a shisha café on Borrack Square in Altona North just after 11:30pm last night. The victim is now hospitalised with non-life-threatening injuries, but gangland sources reveal the brazen attack believe he was not the intended target.
