Outlaw Media has this evening received a formal concerns notice from Dandanis & Associates Lawyers, acting on behalf of Mr James Cengiz Susler (also known as James Susler), pursuant to section 12A of the Defamation Act 2005 (Vic).
The covering letter, served via Instagram direct message and dated 7 May 2026, confirms that the firm acts for Mr Susler in relation to a concerns notice alleging defamation by myself and my business, Outlaw Media. The letter references my recent investigative reporting into Mr Susler’s business activities in Melbourne’s automotive sector, including the suspicious fire at his newly opened Chery Melbourne City dealership in Port Melbourne.
